What will it cost me to speak to you? Nothing. Our advice to you is free and without obligation. Our agency commission is charged to the speakers we provide as reward for obtaining work for them. What will it cost me for a speaker? It's the proverbial "how long is a piece of string?". Generally, good speakers start at around £750 plus vat upwards but obviously the better known they are on the circuit or the more famous they are, the higher their fees. When you talk to us, we can give you full details on all fees for particular speakers. We are able to get fair prices because of our long association with these speakers. What if I have to cancel? There might be a fee depending on the length of the cancellation period. Again, we will provide full details. What if a speaker is ill? It doesn't often happen but our vast database of speakers ensures we are able to provide a replacement. How do I navigate this site? Just click on the various hyperlink categories (such as "motivational\business" "professional" etc) and it will take you to a list of the speakers in that particular category. Where a speaker's name is underlined, you can click on the name for a profile. Alternatively, to narrow it down you can use this search engine on our site. How do I check price and availability of a particular speaker? Just ring us and we'll do all that for you. The internet section of NYT is called Conference Key and all enquiries via the web are handled by that office specifically to make a more efficient service for you the client. If you are looking for a certain speaker who is not on the site, please ring anyway as we have access to most major speakers and celebrities and numerous other speakers who may be perfect for your event. If I don't want to book a speaker but just want to contact them, can I do that? Regrettably, no. We are a busy office and can not pass on requests for autographs, photographs or details of how to contact the people on our books other than for professional speaking engagements or other related work. Neither can we pass on personal emails or letters. We respectfully ask you not to contact us unless you are interested in booking speakers as we do not act as personal managers. What do I do next?
