businesses and has led the Boards of these companies to form their visions, set their strategies, manage and align their cultures, create new products and services and design their customer service experience.

He was a Visiting Professor of Management at the University in Monaco for 10 years, (where he was consistently ranked as the No 1 Professor by the students) and a Director of The Chartered Institute of Management. Prior to that he built up and sold out of his own healthcare business.
His charity work includes assisting and advising the Headteacher of a formerly very troubled school. Although
it was in the bottom 2% of schools for poverty and deprivation it is now in the top 2% nationwide for value added and still improving! People visit the school from all over the world to find out how the transformation was achieved.
He is a keen aviator (PPL with Instrument Privileges), yachtsman (Ocean Yachtmaster), Boxer (broken nose!) and Singer (he is the official cat deterrent officer for his neighbourhood).
