Around the world Yachtsman- In 1996, he was skipper of the yacht "Ocean Rover" in the BT Global Challenge - 'The worlds Toughest Yacht Race' sailing some 33,000 miles with an amateur crew against the prevailing winds and currents. Paul's talk "Leadership Lessons from the world's toughest yacht race" has enthralled audiences around the globe.
Winner-In 2000 he led the winning team in the Cape Town to St Helena Yacht Race breaking the 1800 nautical mile course record by 22 hours a record that still stands today. Paul explains what made the difference between being and winner or an also ran
Paul is currently General Manager of an international research based consultancy, committed to developing people to enhance their performance. Working globally across a number of key business sectors they deliver tailored development programmes for individuals, managers, leaders and teams.
