People
People are at the heart of any organisation. They pick up the phone and talk to your customers; they set you aside from the competition. Ultimately, they make or break you. So it makes sense to nurture your greatest resource – know them, understand them, inspire them and feed their ambition. Support and facilitate their development every step of the way and in doing so create an enviable success culture.
Success is not a matter of luck, it is a matter of design, and successful people have key attributes. If you want to truly touch lives and create success then send out the right message … set and achieve ambitious goals, face your fears, take responsibility, be committed, be passionate, embrace and create positive change, be confident and create an ‘anything is possible' atmosphere for yourself and others.
And believe. Because when you believe you can, you will.

Natural Born Winners by Robin
Sieger.

What is it that a successful person has and an unsuccessful person lacks? According to Robin
Sieger the deficiency is, in a nutshell, a winning mental attitude.
In this book he explains how anybody can turn themselves into a winner simply by believing that they are one.
Of course building self-belief is never a straightforward matter, but if you think that this book is going to be just another self-help guide which is hard to follow and of little real value then read on.
Sieger manages to sound very convincing in his arguments, and, probably more importantly, gives lots of practical advice.
His mix of personal anecdotes, semi-scientific material (particularly about how the brain works) and good old fashioned tips on how to change your attitude are a potent blend.
The variety helps the ideas he presents stick in the mind, and that, as he likes to remind readers, is an important part of maintaining the commitment to succeed.
The hardest part of the whole process of developing that elusive winner's mentality is actually making the big changes in your lifestyle and thought processes.
In the final chapter of the book
Sieger shows how to do just that, and then gives an example of how it worked in practice for him. It is a good story to conclude a good book.
