For many years, Stan Taylor has been recognised as one of the top after dinner speakers in Great Britain.
He is without doubt a brilliant raconteur and a complete master of dialect humour, both British and international.
Life President of the Comedians’ Golfing Society, Stan has been a full-time speaker for over 25 years and travels all round the country and abroad speaking at major company dinners, trade and industry association banquets, sportsman’s dinners, Round Table functions (over 600 of these) - in fact, there isn’t a major town or city where Stan hasn’t appeared.
His chief claim to fame is the hilarious "Submarine Sketch" which is a legend on the after dinner circuit and is based on his experiences as a submarine officer.
Stan is also a Lord’s Taverner and a Barker in the Variety Club.
