Tom McNab has experienced success as Olympic coach, prizewinning novelist and Technical Director of the Oscar-winning film, "Chariots of Fire". 

One of the world's leaders in sport, he has coached international athletics, the British Olympic Bobsleigh team and England's silver medal-winning squad in Rugby's 1992 World Cup.

Tom has worked at every level of performance and devised the AAA Five Star Award Scheme, the world's most successful athletics award programme, which brought Daley Thompson to the Olympic arena.

Technical Director of Oscar-winning "Chariots of Fire" in 1982, he became the Scottish Novelist of the Year with "Flanagan's Run", the world's top-selling sports novel, soon to be made into a $50 million film by Miramax.

In the past twenty years, Tom has become a much sought-after speaker, lecturing to major companies all over the world, and is recognised as one of the world's top business speakers.

He draws from a rich vein of personal experience, ranging across sport, literature, politics and film. Backed by a strong spine of theory, his humane and humorous lectures therefore draw heavily on experience in a wide range of disciplines.
